Why you need to de-stress
I�m planning to use this as some sort of a warm-up; in my adult learners class. It will be an introduction into a speaking activity as an aid to elicit ideas on how they cope with stress, etc. Since its purpose is to encourage them to speak, the multiple-choice qs are not at all challenging :)
