Environment WS - 1st Conditional Matching & Battleship Game

Computer (Keyboard) Symbols - Easy-to-read Guide *EDITABLE*
Many of my students have a great level of English, but struggle with the names of all the keys on the keyboard! Some symbols are crucial for emails and Internet surfing, and others for effective writing. Ive created an editable keyboard poster/guide to clear up any doubts! :)

Past Simple & Past Continuous - Funny & Relevant Story & Questions
This is a classic urban legend story (Ive created a simplified version) about students who lie when they miss an exam, and the teachers excellent revenge! Its a great way to practice Past Simple vs. Past Continuous, as well as remind the students to study, not cheat! ;) There are 3 questions for each tense, but of course more questions can be ...

Puzzle: U.S. Tourism - Reading & Fun Logic!
Students will read the hints provided, then use logic to determine WHO stayed in WHICH city, traveled by WHICH type of transport, and stayed in WHICH type of housing. This is a great way to review terms of transportation and housing. :) You can even make it into a competition - who finishes first wins, or do group work by dividing up the hints.

Tiger Moms - The Right Way to Parent? Reading + Questions + Writing

Why Soccer (and not Football)? - Reading (2pg) & Vocab
This is an interesting article about why football is called soccer in the U.S. and in other regions. Difficult words are in bold and the students will match them to their definitions on the 2nd page. Its a nice way to talk about the difference in sports vocabulary in English! :)

Brainteasers (Verbal) - Fun with Words!
Hello! Growing up in the U.S., teachers would always give us worksheets of crazy images that had a hidden meaning -- and we loved deciphering them! For example, CHE TONGUE EK = tongue in cheek. I have created some of my own images and put over 15 of them in a PPT. (I was limited by file size.) ...
