Advantages and Disadvantages of Travelling By Train
Two exercises for intermediate students to revise the conjunctions and expressions that students can use in an advantages and disadvantages type of essay. The text has been adapted from the text by Zita Brigante at https://routes.tips/blog/top_10_advantages_and_disadvantages_of_train_travel. Students have to 1- do a multiple choice cloze exercise based on the text by Brigante and then, 2- complete the chart on the fuctions of the connectors used and 3- students have to add two more of their own. Hope it comes in handy!
