Easter Prepositions Memory Cards with Matching Die and Worksheet (includes 16 cards with 8 images in all, an 8 sided die and a worksheet with 8 questions)
This file contains 16 memory cards with 8 images and 8 sentences. Students may match images only, sentences only or they may match the pictures to the sentences. Print multiple copies to suit your needs.
I have also included a prepositions die and a matching worksheet.
Use the die for various board games or speaking activities. For example students can roll the die and describe the picture they see. Once they have identified the correct preposition, they may use that same preposition in another sentence or they can use objects on a table to re-create what they see on the die. I have added 2 chicks on the bottom that you can cut out for that type of game/activity. (i.e. Place the chick on the basket. Place the chick under the basket. Place the chick inside the basket.) This activity may work better with a stuffed chick and a real basket.
The worksheet contains 8 sentences. Students must underline the prepositions and then match the numbers to the correct pictures.
