Sherlock Holmes biography past simple interaction game questions
Students work by pair. Each student has to ask the questions to the other students and write down the answer, and choose the correct answer when interrogated. On one of teh worksheet the student has to find the correct "WH" word for the questions. When the exercise is over we recap the biography and start working on past simple.

I divide the class into groups then I give out these sheets with biography elements. The groups ask questions to find out the other groups� celebritites. they practise simple past questions because they�re all dead celebrities. I generally put flashcards on the board with the celebrities pictures to help them.
