MAKING PLAY: FAMILY AFFAIRS (5 situations and 1 sample of a skit)
These are five family affairs/ problems that I ask my students to make a small skit/play to show the problems, then give solutions. They are really excited to be actors or actresses in these play. I also include one script for a situation in the this worksheet. Hope your students work well. Nice weekend!

A short skit
This is a very short �play� for teenage beginners. If you have a more advanced student, they could read the part of the teacher. It�s based on getting answers mixed up so that they are funny. You could get your class to use this as a basis and come up with something similar. About 16 parts, but this could be changed.

In this 5-6 period project, students will read and analyze a real scene from the famous movie Shrek. The final task of this project is the creation of the students� own movie scene that they both write and act. The teacher can evaluate speaking, reading and writing. This document is part 1 of the whole project.

Snow White Script - Scene 1
I wrote this fairly simple script for a school production of Snow White and the Seven Dwarves. It is designed to be around 5 minutes long, and the number of characters is easily adaptable (i.e. take out one of the narrators to make only 1 narrator, or add more dwarves!).
