AEIO Phonics Short Vowel Sounds Aid

I created this as an aid for my students who were getting confused between vowels. This pictures and common words associated with them help them remember the vowel sounds. Some of the words are cognates for Israeli ESL learners. You can place a real apple in place of the Apple logo. I chose the Apple logo as it is more readily recognizable to ESL students in Israel. All images were found through Bing Creative Commons (CC) image search. The font I normally use is Andika. However, the PowerPoint processor on the site will not recognize it, so I had to switch to Century Gothic as my font. You can find Andika online for free from its creator.
