Odd one out
This is an odd one out exercise that I use to warm-up or cool down. It´s very general, it covers different fields - simple vocabulary, countries and nationalities, proper and common nouns etc. It goes from easier ones to more challenging ones.
It takes cca. 15 minutes and students enjoy it because it is playful and challenging, plus in couple of them, several options may be correct.
It is also a nice starter if you have a new group or a new student. I used it in both group lessons and private tutoring and it worked very well.
