A simple lesson sheet to help with introductions with a new teacher and new class. The plan is that the students write their own introductions and then one by one introduce themselves to the teacher. Either privately or to the whole class. The quiz is for a nice easy introduction from the teacher without having them just lecture to the students too much. The students guess the answers.
