BE GOING TO
Have your students take a copy of this handout. Then, they stand up and start asking each other questions using "be going to" affirmative form. For example; "Are you going to be a doctor in the future?" If the student says "yes", she writes his/her name. If the students says "no", they ask another student until they find someone who is planning to be a doctor. In this way, they try to fill all the blanks in thier handouts. The student who finishes firstly will be the winner and his/her handout will be hung on the bulletin board. It is not only a warm-up activity but also a grammar and speaking activit. I hope you will like and enjoy it!
