Questionnaire Game Instructions: This is a fun mingling and “Getting to Know You” activity 1. Give each student a Questionnaire Game card. 2. Have each student fill out the cards with their personal information. 3. Collect the cards and mix them up. 4. Redistribute the cards among the students (make sure nobody gets their own card. If they do so, mix the cards up once again and re-distribute them). 5. The students should walk around asking each other questions until they find the person whose card they have. Remind them that they must ask complete questions and give complete answers. 6. After each student has found the person whose card is in their hands, they should make a circle and take turns introducing the person to the rest of the class.
