English worksheet: Paraphrasing Poetry: Paraphrasing Poetry: "Fire and Ice"

This sheet defines paraphrasing. The student will then read the poem "Fire and Ice" by Robert Frost. After reading the poem, the student reads a short paragraph, not a poem, that is a paraphrase. For an exercise, the student will read "Woman with FlowerŽ and paraphrase it. I hope this helps students be less afraid of poetry!
