English worksheet: How to mail a letter How to mail a letter

This is appropriate for low beginner readers. I repeated this reading for several days using Total Physical Response (teaching by students copying your actions >> "I put a stamp on your envelope") This was very effective for learning new post office vocabulary and the verbs. This was designed for Canadian adult immigrants with limited English where they needed to learn the steps to do things in Canada. It continues with Post Office 2 as well. The strip stories are for cutting up and then placing sentences in the correct order either by copying the original or from memory.
