Story based follow up activity with actions
Begin by reading the book "My Hands" - I canīt remember the author. The book talks about all the things hands can do. AFter reading, ask the students what their hands can do. Get them to make a handprint or draw a picture of what their hands are doing. I like including their age so parents can see where they are at their developmental level.
