English worksheet: Survey, Conversation, and Reporting - Survey 1 Survey, Conversation, and Reporting - Survey 1

Simple questions, nothing fancy. I tell my students they have to ask a different person a different questions, so that all the kids get covered in the class. The answers have to be written down exactly as answered, no shortcuts, thus teaching complete sentences. The reporting style is "I spoke to ..., and she/he said, ".....(exactly what the person said in response to the question)" Part of a series. The kids seem to love it, and there are lots of giggles and laughter when reporting.
