English worksheet: Book Report Book Report

I donīt know if this quite fits for this website, but I wrote this for book reports for my students. We do the first book report together. I try to make them read as much as they can every month, and I let them choose their book each time. They have to read and write the report out of class after the first one. It gets to be so that every month they read a new book and write a new report... Exposure to reading. :)
