Teach English through songs - 5 page song list suggestion
Although it is listed as elementary, this list contains song suggestions to be used with all levels of English proficiency. There are 5 pages of songs listed by level of English and theme. Some of them can be used to teach grammar or vocabulary and others can be used as a tool to start a discussion on a special topic. Most of the titles and themes are more suitable to teenagers and adults. I hope you like it and find it useful!

I had never thought about sending my own list as a contribution but it is true that songs sometimes save you lots of time in explaining, introducing or practicing an specific grammar point!!! Thanks for sharing your list and I´ll soon send the songs I use myself!!!

I´m glad you all liked it! I thought it would be useful to start listing the songs I use in class and also the ones I´ve heard that could be used to teach certaing grammar aspects, to improve vocabulary or to illustrate discussions. The list is not updated though. If you have something similar, please post it too!

Thank you so much for your contribution, I love using songs in the classroom but I always had a hard time to find or choose a song related to a specific topic or grammar. This list will be a great help!
