Changing CVC adjectives into comparatives and superlatives.
I have had many students in the past who have had trouble knowing when to double the last letter of an adjective when changing it into a comparative or superlative form. I introduce exercises similar to this one to build a knowledge base about those kinds of rules, and since there are only a few words that this applies to, the worksheet works well.
