This is a fun way of practising vocabulary. Students are given a sheet and a time limit. They have to complete with as many words as they can related to the vocabulary area (animals, colors, etc). When time is up, the teacher collects the papers and counts the words. Students are given a point for each correctly spelt word. The one who has more words is the winner. It can also be played in pairs or small groups.
