Hi Judith! I believe positive comments encourage us to continue sharing the best in each contribution we publish here and so the corrections. There is a mistake in the 2nd part, sentence a. It says: a.She worked/was working quietly at her desk in the office when the phone rang/was ringing a letter. "A letter" doesn´t fix in the statement meaning!! I just decided to write again for you to know it. LOL
