but I want to add that you have GREAT mistake in rules. In questions How long we use Present Perfect Continuous! Check it out, please! Even my students noticed it... they remember Murphy´s Grammar. If the duration of time is stressed we always use Continuous, aren´t we?

In Murphy 3rd edition. Grammar in Use . Page 22 - When we ask how long - Pr.Continuous is more usual. Some verbs are not used in Continuous (know, like,believe,know,have, etc.) So, in your worksheet... it should be How long have you been waiting for the bus? How long has Sam been living in New York?
