How to make a 16-page Mini Book

Tutorial to make a 16-page Mini Book from a sheet of A4 paper. Due to the size of the presentation I didn´t menage to upload it on the whole. Rather than split it I added the link to the last slide - from where you can get the complete ppt in a very good picture quality.
