How many animals? Typhoon game!
An excellent review game for elementary students! Split the class into teams, and when you show a slide of, for example, 5 monkeys, one team asks, "How many monkeys?" The student whose turn it is must respond "Five monkeys!" Then the number of points or the bonus/penalty bounces onto the screen, and the students get really, really excited!
I highly suggest expanding this PPT (I usually use about 30 slides in my classes) with various combinations of the animals in random orders; apologies I couldnīt upload them myself because of size limits. The game itself also works as a template for any other vocabulary you want to review!
