Thanks so much. One little note, since you´re British, you might not realize that Americans actually do say "Awww, that´s too bad" to show sympathy when someone says something is wrong. That´s not a Konglish expression.

Duchessrachel - AGREED! :) and I believe I did acknowledge in the PPT that it´s accepted North America, but I still think the phrase is overused in Korea, and often inappropriately!
