The Very Hungry Caterpillar Part 1 ( Part 2 follows)
This is a lovely story by Eric Carle. They kiddies loved it.
Finally I have worked around the problem of uploading this PPT. (it was ginormous)
I have deleted the narration, split it in two and placed the story line on the last slide, from where it can be printed. So if you do download it, it will be a simple matter of cutting and pasting the slides from the second part into the first part.
I’m very sorry I do not have any of the original black and white artwork so if you would like to make A4 flash cards, what you can do to save on printing is to remove the backgrounds of the slide prior the printing. (create a white background) You can go one step further by clicking on an image on the slide then under the edit tab, click selected all, copy and paste into paint. Then use the fill with colour tool to replace the colours with white. Then once again, under the edit tab, click select all, copy or cut and paste into a word doc. Crop the picture and resize. The second option is not ideal because it can leave thicker lines and sometimes fill but it is a solution.
