Good overview but with the exercises there is something mechanical
If you leave both verbs to be formed you can fill in any of the three types. Better fill in either the if clause or the main clause and leave the student to fill in the rest

Dear Robert, yes in fact you may find the exercises a bit mechanical and I do agree with you to same extent, but this is a review powerpoint and of course these are not the only exercises I use in the class. As you wrote, you can (even should) continue your lesson by using lots of different kinds of exercises ( rewriting, completing, etc...) But this is just a reminder ppt.
