Shapes Spinning Wheel
I use this ppt with pre cut lino mats (circle, square, triangle, hexagon and rectangle)(one shape for each child in the class). During a mat session I ask each child to choose a shape and sit on it. When it is time for the children to move to other activities, I spin the Shapes Wheel... if a circle come up ... all children sitting on a circle move off the mat area and go to other activities, and so on.
We also play many different games... just use your imagination.
