Letter of Complaint, Worksheet and Letter Template

This is a worksheet to encourage students to use written complaining tactics. They need to write a letter to the hotel manager complaining about what has gone wrong on their holiday. It can be adapted. Also, it could be replied to afterwards if the students put themselves into the position of the hotel manager. I use it with my adult classes. Hope it is useful, Em x (14.1.2013)
