I´m an examiner and this has nothing to do with IELTS speaking exam. There is no part of IELTS where you describe any pictures. In P1 you talk about everyday subjects, in P2 the candidate has a long turn on a set topic, in P3 there is a discussion connected somehow to the topic from P2. Calling this presentation IELTS is misleading.
