I´ve prepared this ppt presentation to introduce my 10th form - level 6 students Extensive Reading as part of the syllabus to develop reading strategies. In the first part of this ppt students are invited to discuss their reading habits; then, they are given some information about what Extensive reading is; after that they are provided with some tips for extensive reading. And finally they are guided through the extensive reading of the short-story "Lamb to the Slaughter" by Roald Dahl. I´ve used a template from http://www.free-power-point-templates.com.
