12 Days of Christmas Matching
This is simply a matching sheet for the lyrics of "The 12 Days of Christmas." Itīs a ppt because thatīs what I made it on, but itīs a worksheet that you can cut up into 4 pieces to save paper.
Students have to write how many of each thing is mentioned in the song, for example thereīs 5 golden rings and 12 drummers drumming, etc. I had them do this the first time they listened to the song, we went over the pronunciations, then I divided the class into groups and each group had a sign with one of the things from the song on it. We sang the song as a class and when a groupīs part came up, they had to sing while holding up their sign. It was a great hit in my class!
