English powerpoint: POLITE REQUESTS -- STRUCTURE AND PRACTICE POLITE REQUESTS -- STRUCTURE AND PRACTICE

This is a two-part activity -- The first part is this PPT. The second part is a worksheet that allows the students to continue with the grammar they have learned in the ppt. The slides present a breakdown of how polite requests are structured, and why. Then, the final slides provide an A/B conversation, where the B answer is provided and the students must say the A question that results in the B answer. Next -- the worksheet (In Printables) continues the activity with pair work to complete more A/B conversations with the appropriate questions. (BTW, Today is Feb 21. I just now realized that I just barely missed the time cutoff for both to be published today. So the worksheet will appear tomorrow. So sorry for that!)
