I prepared this reading when students were working at home last year, as a way of encouraging them to exercise and take care of their physical health. It contains pre and post reading activities, and a final -short- activity with connectors. I took the information from internet articles and modified them in order to make them suitable for my students� understanding. There is another reading regarding mental health as well. I hope you find it useful.
