CLOTHES- Fun activity for Reading Labels and Describing Clothes!
Teacher must bring a bag of clothes, old and new, with intact washing labels. Students are assigned an item, and fill in the chart with information. Then, they must interview thier classmates and complete the chart for four more classmates. Finally, they present one of the clothing items to the class, and students must either point to or come up and grab the correct item as per the description (can also be a relay-type game, should the teacher prefer!) Took my students (about 10 of them) about 30 minutes alltogether.
