Blankety-blank word game
Fun game to use in class based on the old TV gameshow ŽBlankety-Blank (remember?!) Anyway, you can have two teams, each with an appointed ŽleaderŽ who will change every 2 or 3 turns. Read out a sentence saying "blank" where the blank appears. Without conferring students write down their word(s) on their scrap of paper. A point is scored each time their response matches with that of their team leader. It should be fun!
