The Weather Forecast
This is my first time uploading a worksheet so bear with me :)
For the first page, I have the students match the names of the different types of weather with the weather icons (I used a powerpoint to explain each of them).
For the second page, I placed a map of Canada with made-up temperatures and included the weather icons over popular cities. I have the students fill in the weather forecast boxes, after giving a couple examples.
For the third page, I gave the students a sentence about the weather in a certain city, and they had to extrapolate the info from that sentence to fill in the empty weather forecast box.
Finally, I had the students fill in the blank weather forecast statements using the information from the map of Canada.
