This is a generic worksheet to be used with any video news website. I have suggested on the worksheet the cbc website particularly because the video news segment contains short clips on a variety of topics. Get students to select a topic of their interest and to take notes on the worksheet. They then share their ideas with their classmates at the end; with the best news story presented to the rest of the class. Has worked well with me and hope it works with your class too. Good for levels intermediate and above.
