John Q - Movie Activity and Discussion
This is scene 8 from John Q transcribed. You will need to play this seen for your students and ask them to fill in the blanks. Here, they are working on listening and spelling. The answer key is provided on page 2.
It is a fun way for students to practice. It took me a long time - to find a good movie, several times replaying the scene, to transcribe the scene and then find the words I wanted the students to write. It can stir up good conversation too!
