THE ALPHABET GAME/PASAPALABRA
THE ALPHABET GAME / PASAPALABRA is a popular Spanish Tv quiz show, based on the original British format " The Alphabet Game" though. Two contestants or two teams (according to your class size) try to accumulate seconds playing with words, which will allow them to get more time to answer all the definitions of the letters of the alphabet set on a wheel/panel. The presenter or speaker of the game will define words which start with each of the letters at a time. Each contestant will have to be able to answer definitions while they should not fail or ask for pause saying " word happens(passes)” or “pasapalabra”, moving another contestant the shift. The shifts will be interchanged until each one ends the time that had assigned. If one competitor succeeds all the words they will obtain the prize set.
A set of 2 definitions of each letter are given for 2 contestants or teams
