| | Oral Language: Mystery Object Guessing Game
This is a great resource for a fun oral activity that kids really like. One student brings in or chooses something small to hide in a box/bag. The class uses the questions listed to ask yes/no questions. Based on the studentīs answers, they try to guess what is in the box. This paper is an excellent resource for the game. More advanced kids can have it as a resource card at their desks. For younger/less advanced students, teach them a few questions at a time. As an add on, the student who brought the object in could finish their presentation by saying why they like their object, where they got it, and/or why they brought it in. They will love this game and get to practice asking and answering questions, learn adjectives, and learn uses of objects!
