Is Yawning Contagious?
May require a bit of class discussion. You may want to start by yawning at some of the students as they enter the room, see who yawns back. 1st sheet, class dicussion on what they think is contagious. Discuss the idea of yawning being contagious. introduce the next sheet, science prac write up. The Aim, Method and Hypothesis can be done in this class. students are to, at lunch time, yawn natuarlly at up to 20 other students and record the results. then fill in te rest of the prac sheet.
A follow up class might involve researching on the internet why people think yawning is contagious.
