Write a poem based on your world using ´What a wonderful world´ structure.
Using the video of Louis Armstrong´s song ´What a wonderful world´ (I use the shadow puppet clip) students listen and complete the song and then write a poem on their own world / city / country using a similar structural format. The students love the song, the shadow puppet clip (Youtube) and being able to produce a poem about the world they live in.
