English worksheet: Movie Pictionary/Sharades Cards Movie Pictionary/Sharades Cards

This is a set of 48 cards with movie titles that can be used for pictionary or sharades. It is not necessary for the students to know the movie. They just have to draw or act out the individual words. I use this for a 45-60 minute activity with a lively class of adults after we discuss movies. Divide the class into two teams. Explain the rules. One person from a team will take a card from the pile and has 1-2 minutes (depending on the level) to draw or act out the movie title. They can indicate the number of words in the title, and if the team says one of the words, it can be written on the board. They canīt use numbers, letters, or gestures (for pictionary). If the player doesnīt know a word, you can either explain it to them outside the room or have them pass and lose a turn. Someone on the team must say the whole movie title, and they will receive 1 point. Sorry some weird formatting things happens in the upload, and the sheet is missing one cut line at the bottom. The last page is just for the back of double sided copies so that the page is less easy to see through.
