Little Women Pre-Dictation Test for Chapters 1 and 2
I developed this worksheet for dictation for pre-listening, spelling, and writing skills with the book, Little Women, for my beginning ESL credit classes at Los Angeles City College. This lower level reader helps the ESL student to learn about the U.S.A. culture during the Civil War period. They also learn that a family of 4 girls have personal experiences like they have had. At the end of the semester, I show them the movie, Little Women. My students loved this family, and I know you will also.
