A fun activity for teaching Present Continuous (progressive)
In this activity students will have to turn on their imagination and describe a "Cubist Picture". Then they should write what they see in the "cubist" shapes using the Present Continuous (progressive)Tense. One example (The teacherīs vision) is written beforehand. The activity, which I invented myself, has proved very useful for teaching present actions to kids.
Of course the activity can take the form of a "role play" if the students are reluctant to write and prefer oral practice.
