Say Together in the beginning – the end or middle of the lesson! Eat smart! Feel Good! Look Great! Then The same thing to the partner on your left Do massage- 3 times! Turn to your partner on your left say out loud! Eat smart! Feel Good! Look Great!/Be Healthy/Be wealthy/be intelligent! Boost of energy! FUN! Partnership developing! There is a picture depicting the way it sould be at the lesson. ))-Instructions
