Makes a good first lesson, alongside appropriate relaxed discussion and introductions. You can create discussion points out of any of the activities, so there is a lot of material - perhaps too much.
I´ve found that students seem to be more motivated when you create personalised learning goals out of their expressed preferences, situation and needs.
