Listening Activity for Beginners (Lesson on Countries and Nationalities)
This is a listening activity I did with my adult beginner students. I read the passage as they filled in the blanks (read as many times as necessary). It is important to remind them that it is not necessary that they understand everything that the passage says but that they need to know the forms of "to be." I used this as review of "to be" and as reinforcement on the lessons about countries and nationalities. Answers are on the second page, and the activity is repeated three times on the first page to save paper. Enjoy!
