The 1st 45-minute-lesson (of 2) on the topic New Year´s Resolutions -- Reading Comprehension for Upper Elementary and Lower intermediate students
This is the first of 2 lessons on New Year´s resolutions(2 Pages). Reading tasks: After speculating about the text they are going to read (images, key words, parts of the speech, ..., students scan the tex to find information to complete the table. Then, they do a multiple choice, find the opposites for the given words in the text and, finally, find examples in which the short form ´s is used as the 1st person sing. of verb to be in the S.Present and in the Future. Students are now well prepared to do the writing activity in the 2nd lesson, which I´ll upload tomorrow. Have a nice day/evening! Hugs, mena :)))
