English worksheet: Student activity: make your own test questions (best used in Japan) Student activity: make your own test questions (best used in Japan)

This worksheet provides 4 examples of questions that can be created by students for their own test. The activity gives the learners the opportunity to reflect about the text they will be tested on. I typically select 50 of the questions on a text from the pool of questions created by the students themselves. They know that they must make good questions because I will not choose easy or stupid ones... They therefore have to work hard at it. The examples given here are for the following 4 types: MCQ – Multiple Choice Question True / False Question Put these sentences in the correct order Fill in the blanks They all use examples from Japanese folklore which every Japanese student will know the answer to. It could easily be adapted to any country. Enjoy!
